You must be home, or provide a key for council (2 members will be present) and the contractor to access your unit (council members and the contractor will be wearing masks).  Council members will only enter the unit if the unit is vacant and a key has been provided to council for access.  Please note that fire inspections are MANDATORY.  If we are unable to conduct a fire inspection, the owner will be required to conduct one at their own cost.  Please refer to the December minutes for details (email paulbutterworth@thepropertymanagers.ca if you did not receive a copy).
